Brand-new hotel, it offers particularly nice breakfast and reasonably large rooms. The location is favourable, within a close distance from Ribeirao Mall. Would stay again and again, I loved the venue.

the water pressure in the shower was low and the bathroom amenities were not restocked regularly. a good stay with some room for improvement.

Couldn't ask for more! The breakfast had an amazing variety of Brazilian fruits, homemade biscuits, cheese delights and more. The outdoor pool on the roof was the most refreshing place to relax after a long day exploring the area. the hotel is located in a perfect spot in the city near all the new attractions and public transportation just minutes away.

Although the staff was outstanding during daytime hours, the hotel could not provide room services after 10 pm which was difficult for travelers like us who arrived late. We also experienced some issues with housekeeping, as it was not attentive enough to refill the minibar or address some malfunctioning shower issues.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect as it is walking distance from a large shopping centre. The hotel facilities were great with a gym, sauna, steam room and swimming pool. I also loved the breakfast, especially the later brunch option for a second sitting. The staff were welcoming and made check-in very easy with just our passports and signatures.
